📋 Description

• Support and work closely with a Senior Outsourcing Manager to meet the contracting needs of clinical development programs • Generate, negotiate, and execute select clinical trial contracts • Ensure contract terms and budgets meet the needs of the clinical trial • Confirm confidentiality agreements are executed as required • Negotiate and execute contracts for select ancillary vendors supporting a clinical trial • Act as the contact with ancillary vendors regarding scope of work, study assumptions, and budgets • Review and manage contractual, financial, budget, and invoicing-related items • Identify risks, adapt strategies, and make well-informed independent decisions • Manage vendor and cross-functional internal stakeholder relationships • Follow, improve, and maintain operational and contractual processes • Manage engagements end-to-end from strategy and contract execution through issue resolution and post-contractual oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required • Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical development including clinical trial budget development experience • Negotiation, organizational and communication skills are required • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) • Life sciences or business experience is preferred • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
