📋 Description

• Lead and prepare client focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new business opportunities • Adhere to the MRT department-specific proposal process • Chair kick-off and resource meetings and coordinate appropriate personnel in proposal development • Liaise with sales, strategic proposal development and operations throughout proposal generation • Prepare proposal costs by coordinating with operational departments • Submit final proposals to clients on time • Coordinate and participate in client negotiations and discussions • Lead single service bid defenses and support multi-service bid defenses • Clarify contract specifications with relevant managers • Solicit operational input and review of proposals, budgets and contracts • Develop and maintain filing and tracking tools • Comply with ICON administrative, training and human resources policies • Assist with departmental process improvements and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in the areas of eCOA and COA Licensing • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • Technical background, with understanding in software development and clinical technologies (EDC, eCOA, IWRS etc.) • Adaptation to change and competing priorities • Team spirit • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
