📋 Description

• Support the design, configuration and implementation of docuflow middleware solutions • Configure and maintain connections and integrations between enterprise systems • Assist with developing and supporting system interfaces using middleware and integration technologies • Troubleshoot interface, connectivity and integration issues • Monitor integration flows and system performance and help identify potential issues • Support deployments, upgrades and production incidents • Assist with implementation and support projects across different customer environments • Work with SAP, infrastructure and customer teams to understand technical requirements and resolve issues • Participate in customer meetings and project discussions in a supporting and learning capacity • Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects and prioritize work based on project needs • Maintain technical documentation and communicate issues, solutions and recommendations • Progress toward becoming a primary technical contact for customers and projects

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, system integration, middleware or a related technical field • A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline • Foundation in Java and/or .NET development • Understanding of software development concepts, object-oriented programming and troubleshooting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand how different systems communicate and exchange data • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment • Ability to work effectively across different time zones, particularly European or North American business hours • EU Region preferred; candidates outside of the EU may be considered if able to work EU business hours or maintain significant overlap with EU time zones • Experience with REST and SOAP web services is nice to have • Exposure to APIs, XML, JSON or other data exchange formats is nice to have • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform is nice to have • Exposure to cloud and on-premises integration architectures is nice to have • Understanding of SSL certificates, authentication and connectivity troubleshooting is nice to have • Experience with middleware or integration platforms is nice to have • Exposure to performance monitoring and optimization is nice to have • Experience supporting software deployments or production environments is nice to have • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is nice to have • Previous experience with system-to-system integrations is nice to have • Knowledge of enterprise document management or archiving solutions is nice to have • German language skills are an asset but not a requirement
