📋 Description

• Help grow the investor side of Paires, a network of family offices and high-net-worth individuals • Work alongside the senior investor team on live mandates • Qualify allocators and prepare briefing notes • Run follow-ups and keep investor relationships warm between deals • Identify family offices and HNWIs who back US startups • Earn first conversations and grow an owned book of allocator relationships • Maintain qualified allocator relationships and keep them warm • Establish a monthly rhythm of first conversations with family offices and HNWIs new to Paires • Develop through investor-call shadowing and brief writing

🎯 Requirements

• Have started building an allocator network through wealth management, private banking, a family office, placement, or independent effort, and can show relationships opened personally • Ability to explain how to find the right investors, earn the first conversation, and remain useful afterward • Knowledge of what investors do with their money, ideally including direct allocations into US startups • Listen more than pitch and avoid wasting allocators' time • Treat names, allocations, and conversations as confidential • Use AI tooling to run the pipeline and preparation • Do not include investor names in the application
