📋 Description

• Own proposal execution end to end on standard-tier pursuits, including responses, compliance matrices, portal Q&A, and submission • Build and own agentic tooling that drafts and manages responses from approved source material • Build the answer library and playbook for repeatable pursuit responses • Orchestrate Product, Legal, Security, Pricing, and Customer Success workstreams toward deadlines • Run gate reviews and after-action reviews • Maintain an AI-supported knowledge base • Research customers, competitors, and requirements to sharpen win strategy • Work directly with the Capture Director, Head of Global Deal Desk, regional VPs, account directors, Product, Legal, Security, and Finance • Deliver major tender first full drafts within five working days, mid-size RFP/RFQ/workbook responses within five business days, sole-source letters or pricing narratives within 24 hours, and add first-time answers to the library within 24 hours

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills; ability to make complex material clear and answer requirements as written • Genuine fluency with AI tools; ability to build with AI, identify appropriate model ownership, and assess answer correctness • Ability to handle ambiguous problems and turn a 700-question workbook into a plan • Highly organized under real deadlines and able to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams • Ability to coordinate senior stakeholders who do not report to you • Excitement for building and owning a new function • Nice to have: exposure to capture, proposals, bids, or RFP responses in commercial, public-sector, or government contracting • Nice to have: familiarity with blockchain, crypto, fintech, compliance, national security, or law enforcement • Nice to have: APMP membership or equivalent • Nice to have: additional languages
