📋 Description

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of project objectives • Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities • Support the team in delivering quality outcomes • Develop and execute project plans focused on project goals and objectives • Lead cross-functional teams to implement project activities successfully • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope • Mentor and guide team members, fostering excellence and continuous improvement • Drive development of project documentation and reports for clear, actionable stakeholder communication • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project management strategies • Contribute to organizational growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • Extensive project management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 25% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
