📋 Description

• Own dashboards for ordering, catalog health and customer activation, with a written definition for every metric • Find root causes of late orders, broken supplier integrations and missing catalog data • Write requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering • Test shipped work • Share weekly reporting with product and leadership • Own the data behind ordering and catalog operations • Turn findings into clear requirements engineering can build

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience analyzing messy operational data as a business, product or systems analyst • At least a year in a startup or a small, fast-moving team • Strong SQL skills and ability to check results against source data • Experience building dashboards and reports • Clear writing skills • Ability to take problems from finding to fix to measured result • Comfortable working with operations and vendor teams • Uses AI tools while checking their output • Fluent in English and Russian • Able to work 9 AM to 5 PM US Central Time • Marketplace, e-commerce, procurement or supply chain experience is nice to have • Healthcare supplies background is nice to have
