📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within asset-intensive manufacturing organisations. • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder, value-based deals. • Engage mid-management to executive stakeholders across operations, maintenance, and engineering functions. • Collaborate with our pre-sales, BDRs, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless sales experience. • React quickly to market opportunities and demonstrate commercial ownership. • Translate manufacturing challenges, like downtime, compliance, or asset degradation, into tailored solutions using our EAM platform. • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy in the UK, using insights from your customer interactions to improve positioning. • Help foster a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales culture.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally with a focus on EAM, CMMS, or manufacturing technology. • Proven track record in generating and closing high-value deals independently. • Experience selling to operational and executive-level stakeholders in industrial or plant environments. • Background in pre-sales or technical consulting is a plus. • Strong consultative sales skills and commercial acumen. • Ability to thrive in a scaling environment where you step up rather than wait to be spoon-fed. • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and aligning solutions with business value. • Willing to travel to clients, Ultimo offices and events when needed! • Fluent in English.
