📋 Description

• Take the company's highest-priority problems from ambiguous brief to shipped outcome • Define problems, build plans, execute initiatives and report results with numbers • Identify growth and revenue opportunities across product, go-to-market and partnerships • Build business cases and pursue growth opportunities • Own standalone functions, verticals or teams, including turnaround situations • Build and staff functions, then run them or hand them over in a stronger state • Recruit high performers, set standards and deliver through others • Design scalable operating processes and run them in Bolter • Automate the company's own work first • Work directly with the founding team as a general problem solver

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in high-growth technology companies, investment banks, private equity, VC or venture building, with clear evidence of career progression • Track record of excellence across more than one domain, including building, fixing and leading outside one's initial specialty • Experience leading teams of 10+ people, directly or across functions • Comfort with extreme ambiguity and full accountability for outcomes • Fluency with AI tools in daily work • Applicants who do not meet all requirements are still encouraged to apply
