📋 Description

• Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience. • Work closely with hiring managers and teams to create a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process. • Be creative with sourcing techniques and continuously seek ways to improve. • Focus on world class delivery using multi-channel sourcing techniques. • Where required, guide your stakeholders through key initiatives including; code reviews, conducting interview training, employer branding, and the development of D&I processes. • Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to influence decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment within the Tech space. • Experience in scaling high-growth Tech start ups through strong delivery. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. • A real appreciation for data, recruiting metrics and continuous improvement. • A can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, with an ‘always learning’ mentality. • An agile approach to work, even when working remotely. • Knowledge and use of AI to enhance working practices.
