• Main focus: new business development and market prospecting • Create new business opportunities from cold leads and expand the customer base • Identify and prospect cold leads (outbound leads) who have not yet shown interest in the product or service • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities • Build prospecting lists and develop outreach campaigns to engage potential customers • Make first contact with potential customers and generate initial interest in the product or service • Qualify outbound leads and schedule meetings for sales representatives • Structure scripts and best practices for pipeline management
• Experience in outbound prospecting and business development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to conduct telephone calls or video conferences effectively and consultatively • Ability to identify and qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Rapport, Mirroring or GPCT • Interest in deepening knowledge of Performance Management and HR personas • Ability to guide consultative qualification processes • Nice to have: understanding of the HR market and its main pain points and challenges • Knowledge of prospecting automation techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
