📋 Description

• Own technical delivery of IMS SDK integrations from kick-off and environment setup through testing, go-live, and early-life support • Guide customer teams integrating SDKs into native iOS and Android applications and Kotlin Multiplatform projects • Advise on SDK configuration for trip detection, crash detection, phone-only, Bluetooth-enabled, and OBD-based use cases • Support SDK authentication and user session management, including JWT-based flows • Build sample code, reference implementations, and proof-of-concept applications • Ensure correct implementation of permissions and background behavior for location, motion, Bluetooth, and notifications • Diagnose and resolve integration issues by reviewing customer code, SDK logs, device behavior, and backend data • Reproduce issues across devices, operating systems, and frameworks and identify root causes • Act as senior technical contact for customer escalations and coordinate with Service Desk and Engineering • Create defect reports and feature requests with reproduction steps and supporting data • Contribute fixes to SDK wrappers, sample apps, and integration tooling • Build technical relationships and run workshops, integration reviews, and onboarding sessions • Advise on mobile practices affecting telematics data quality • Translate customer requirements into technical integration approaches • Improve SDK support and delivery processes, playbooks, onboarding checklists, and support standards • Define effectiveness measures such as time-to-integrate and escalation volumes • Mentor colleagues across Engineering, Service Desk, and Customer Success • Influence the SDK roadmap with evidence-based recommendations • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, Customer Success, and Account Management • Support SDK release validation, upgrades, and migrations • Create integration guides, FAQs, troubleshooting playbooks, and knowledge-base content • Improve onboarding, issue triage, knowledge sharing, and AI-assisted tooling processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and/or Android in production environments • Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin • Solid understanding of app lifecycle, permissions, and background processing • Experience developing mobile SDKs or libraries, or substantial experience integrating third-party SDKs • Production experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role • Experience with RESTful APIs and OAuth or JWT authentication • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis and issue reproduction across devices and OS versions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and manage multiple customer integrations and priorities • Track record of improving technical support, delivery, or customer onboarding processes • Bonus: Experience with React Native, Flutter, telematics, IoT, insurance technology, fleet management, connected mobility, location services, motion sensors, Bluetooth, B2B developer platforms, developer documentation, AWS/cloud platforms, log analysis and monitoring, and global distributed teams
