It provides damper and hygiene engineering, compliance testing and related maintenance to facilities such as schools, universities, hospitals, government buildings, sports stadiums and private companies. As part of PTSG Fire Solutions, the firm supports facilities and property managers to meet regulatory requirements, offers training for staff, and integrates into wider specialist building services for the construction and facilities-management sectors.

📋 Description

• Carry out fire damper inspections and drop testing • Clean commercial kitchen extract systems to TR19 Grease standards • Perform ventilation cleaning • Identify and report defects • Complete all works safely and to a high professional standard • Team Leader: lead the team on site, manage productivity, maintain health and safety, and complete accurate reports with photographic evidence • Engineer: work alongside the Team Leader to deliver high-quality services across a variety of customer sites • Support compliance for schools, hospitals, care homes, and major UK facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing or ductwork cleaning is preferred • Full UK driving licence • Valid CSCS card • Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS • Practical, can-do attitude and good physical fitness • Ability to work days and nights • Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including travel • Team Leader: ability to lead the team on site, manage productivity, maintain health and safety, and complete accurate reports with photographic evidence
