📋 Description

• Identify and reach out to potential customers, including high school students and parents across various markets • Conduct sales presentations and virtual meetings to showcase Indigo Research’s services • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers • Address inquiries, provide product information, propose customized research solutions, and deliver customer service • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product offerings • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changing needs of high school students and educators • Provide market insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or a business/education-oriented field • Proven track record in sales, especially selling services to the education sector or similar target audience • Self-motivated and target-driven • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences • Proactive and persistent in pursuing leads and converting them into customers • Comfortable with technology, virtual communication tools, and remote sales processes • Ability to adapt to different markets and creatively approach sales strategies • Ability to communicate persuasively and confidently with empathy and deep cross-cultural comfort • Knowledge of the high school education system and students’ academic challenges is advantageous • Experience with Salesforce and Groove is a plus
