• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including design, implementation, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance • Gather, analyze, and document technical business requirements • Develop and refine enhancements, add-ons, and reports for Infor SyteLine v10.x • Maintain, support, and upgrade systems and applications • Collaborate with team members to design and implement project solutions • Test modifications and document programming activities and procedures • Support and assist end-users • Design and document code conversions • Produce high-quality code in Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, and C# • Design, develop, and update business reports using SQL, SSRS, and Infor Reporting tools • Provide technical support and training to peers • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during system conversions • Use Microsoft 365 applications to support business processes and team collaboration • Report to the Director of ERP Strategy & Operations • No personnel supervision; other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience strongly preferred • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise with Infor SyteLine supporting end-users on Infor SyteLine based solutions • Experience in SQL, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and database management using MS T-SQL • Experience with Infor Mongoose, MS .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and C# • Experience with upgrades from previous versions of Infor SyteLine to Infor SyteLine v10.x • Basic understanding of manufacturing and accounting principles • Ability to test, document, and write code changes and modifications with the end-user in mind • Experience with helpdesk and ticketing systems is desirable • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of gathering technical requirements and translating technical details into clear, user-friendly instructions for end-users • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to meet deadlines consistently • Must be authorized to work in the United States • IEM does not sponsor employment visas for this position, now or in the future • Preferred: ability to design and implement databases and SQL-based software solutions • Preferred: experience with version control platforms such as GitHub • Preferred: experience with complex multi-site and multi-currency configurations • Preferred: experience with MRP, APS, and Scheduling • Preferred: familiarity with Lake Companies Doc-Trak, Infor Factory Track, and Seagull Scientific Bartender
