📋 Description

• Strategic account development (hunting & farming): responsibility for defined key accounts within our target industries. • Develop account plans with clear growth targets, pipeline and executive touchpoints. • C-level selling and executive relationship management: building robust relationships with boards/CEOs and business unit leaders. • Conduct Executive and quarterly business reviews, create joint roadmaps and co‑innovate with our key customers. • End-to-end deal orchestration: manage the entire sales process including RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiation through to closing. • Value-oriented consulting: analyze customer requirements and design solutions that deliver real value. • Key account management: build long-term partnerships and actively manage stakeholders across business units, IT, procurement and executive management.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise sales of complex IT and software solutions, with a proven track record of wins at senior/C-level and multi-year contracts. • Proven success in acquiring and expanding key accounts (hunting & farming), with confident executive presence and strong stakeholder management. • Solid knowledge of customer experience and contact center technologies (ideally with experience in Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Microsoft Teams/Dynamics, Salesforce). • Familiarity with AI/automation, omnichannel and analytics — or the ability to get up to speed quickly. • Strong commercial acumen: business case/ROI, TCO/pricing, margin management; comfortable with commercial and legal topics. • Strategic thinker with ownership and results orientation: a combination of hunter mentality and sustainable farmer mindset. • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English; confident at C-level, structured and reliable. • Team player: close coordination with presales, delivery, marketing, finance and legal.
