📋 Description

• Organisation und Durchführung von CRM-Workshops und -Schulungen • Unterstützung der Kunden bei Anforderungsfragen • Bilden der Schnittstelle zwischen Business-Anforderungen und IT-Zielarchitektur • Durchführung von Anpassungen und Steuerung der Softwareentwicklung • Unterstützung des Projektteams bei der Nutzung der Microsoft Platform

🎯 Requirements

• Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Dynamics 365, insbesondere in den Modulen Sales und Customer Service • Tiefgehende Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung mit .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, JSON, HTML und Git • Umfassendes Expertenwissen und Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI • Erfahrung mit Power Apps, Power Automate Prozessen, Power Virtual Agents • Wünschenswert: PL-200-Zertifizierung (Functional Consultant für Microsoft Power Platform) • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung
