• Primary goal: book qualified opportunities for the sales team. • BDR primarily focused on the US market. • Execute highly personalized, relevant outbound campaigns (less mass outbound; e.g., re-engage closed-lost accounts using recordings). • Use and experiment with new GTM tools and tech stack; act as a part-time GTM Engineer. • Report to co-founder Dave Rigotti with regular syncs and learning sharing with CEO; limited dedicated BDR management or sales collateral. • Invest effort to understand product, prospects, and how Inflection.io can help them.
• You have previously lived in the US either professionally or as part of schooling. • Extremely curious; comfortable executing proven playbooks and defining new playbooks; willing to deeply learn product and prospect challenges. • Excited about working with tools such as Apollo, Sumble, Clay, Vector, and others (GTM tooling experience). • Comfortable reporting to a founder who has high expectations; able to receive direct feedback and sync with leadership. • Great communicator for both internal and external communication. • Current successful BDR at a technology company (not an entry-level first job); bonus if experience at a marketing technology company.
