• Drive paid registrations through outbound email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns • Re-engage past attendees, training participants, and community members • Identify and close multi-seat / corporate registrations • Position the value of attending to engineers, researchers, and security teams • Partner with marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion • Track activity, pipeline, and performance against targets • Develop a strong understanding of the hardware and embedded security landscape • Act as an ambassador for ISMG within the technical practitioner community
• 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or event/delegate sales • Proven experience with outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn) • Comfortable selling to technical or cybersecurity audiences • Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset • Ability to manage pipeline and hit activity/conversion goals • Nice to have: Experience selling conference passes, training, or events • Exposure to cybersecurity, developer, or technical audiences
