• Hunt for net-new enterprise business by identifying, prospecting, and engaging large enterprise organizations (10K+ employees) through cold outreach, events, and targeted campaigns • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo and industry insights to build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships • Position the value of ITAD programs—including cost optimization, compliance, and sustainability impact • Engage with IT, procurement, and finance leaders to build relationships and drive category growth • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate deal velocity and customer onboarding
• Proven success in hunter/outbound sales or business development roles • Experience selling into large enterprise organizations (Fortune 500 or similar) • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, asset lifecycle, or technology solutions • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a similar role • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
