⢠This is a remote position. ⢠The DACH Sales Representative role is focused on the development and expansion of sales in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). ⢠The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving commercial actions, improving product visibility, and strengthening customer relationships. ⢠Key responsibilities include managing sales networks, coordinating with internal teams, attending industry events, and overseeing the creation and presentation of commercial offers.
⢠Education : Higher-level qualification in a commercial field; additional studies in lighting and ventilation are advantageous. ⢠Experience : At least 5 years in a similar position. ⢠Languages : Fluency in German and English (oral and written). ⢠Key Competencies : Leadership and decision-making. ⢠Commercial acumen and persuasive communication. ⢠Organizational skills and team management. ⢠Sociability, persistence, and flexibility. ⢠Collaboration across departments.
⢠Labor Contract: Indefinite, with a 6-month trial period. ⢠Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8 H TO 14 H and 15 H to 17:30 H, and Fri 8 H to 14 H. ⢠Travel: Approximately 50% travel required within the DACH region.
