📋 Description

• Install and implement new systems • Perform periodic maintenance and system repairs • Provide technical remote support for systems • Troubleshoot systems and diagnose sources of failures • Complete maintenance and service reporting and documentation • Provide field service in eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York, and assist in New York City as needed • Work 2nd and 3rd shifts and travel approximately 80%

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering required; BS preferred • At least 3 years of experience in field service for medical systems • Imaging experience preferred; 5+ years of MRI experience preferred • Multidisciplinary capital equipment service knowledge • Technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Ability to solve analog and digital hardware electronics issues • Ability to troubleshoot software and networking issues • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions • “Hands on” attitude • Very organized and detail oriented • Capable of working independently and as part of a team • Good oral and written communication skills • Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts • Ability to travel approximately 80%
