📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Development Consultant team • Define facilitation standards and coach capability across the delivery model through feedback, measurement and mentoring • Ensure quality and integrity of delivery • Build commercial curiosity and identify opportunities to create greater customer value • Strengthen long-term customer partnerships in support of Customer Success and Sales colleagues • Influence the evolution of practitioner learning across all channels for the Insights portfolio • Ensure delivery experience informs product design, learning assets and future innovation • Capture customer and practitioner feedback and identify emerging themes • Translate insight into meaningful improvements across the organisation • Build capability within the team and strengthen customer partnerships • Influence product evolution and shape the future of learning delivery • Contribute to a strong, connected delivery ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Insights Practitioner, with credible evidence of facilitating at C-suite level • Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams • Deep expertise in facilitation and learning experience design • Experience influencing across a matrix organisation • Ability to translate insight into structured improvements • Experience building effective ways of working across functions • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution • Commercially astute and customer-focused • Enterprise-focused with a long-term mindset • Passionate about quality and learning experience excellence • Influential and collaborative across a matrix environment • Skilled at turning insight into action • Committed to building capability in others • Comfortable bringing clarity and constructive challenge where needed
