📋 Description
• Define and evolve the technical strategy and roadmap for OCI/OIC, ensuring alignment with Finance and enterprise priorities. • Lead architecture design for integrations with upstream and downstream applications such as Salesforce, High Radius, Workiva, Floqast, and other financial applications. • Establish CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated release frameworks to improve reliability and reduce risk. • Deliver robust, scalable solutions that support accounting operations and financial reporting workflows. • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, and Product to align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, integration development, and/or financial systems, with a focus on cloud-native environments (OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Proven track record as a technical lead or architect for enterprise financial systems and Oracle integrations. • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release automation. • Experience integrating Oracle Financials with applications such as Salesforce, High Radius, billing platforms, and data warehouses. • Ability to identify risks, propose strategic initiatives, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. • Experience mentoring junior engineers or BSAs, fostering technical growth across teams
