• Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl • Partner with our Account Executives to prospecting into targeted account lists • Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team • Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM so that we can close • Learn how our value proposition applies to different types of organizations, so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone • Spend 10% of your time collaborating with other departments and/or working on experiments that we think have the potential to be a force multiplier
• You have spent at least one (1) year selling, or 3+ years in another industry and want to get into sales • You are comfortable in fast-paced environments, and you bring a dose of humility and a sense of humor to work every day. • You welcome feedback, champion new ideas, and encourage others to do likewise. • You’re curious and are constantly ‘getting to the bottom of things’ • You have a bias towards action • You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and doing hard work • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
