• Developing and executing a revenue growth plan for the Mid-Market Segment of the FS EMEA Sales Team. • Creating, installing, and executing on the EMEA Mid-Market playbook. • Cultivating relationships with senior executives of leading EMEA Financial Services firms. • Serving as lead executive Financial Services Mid-Market industry expert. • Building and maintaining key executive-level relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
• Experience in significant executive level role with software firm(s) of scale serving the Financial Services industry. • Natural leader with experience in large matrixed organizations. • Ability to coordinate work across varied functions and teams. • Excellent executive written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are a must. • Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines. • Flexibility to travel globally as needed.
