• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus over the past 3+ years on Blockchain, Crypto, or Web3, driving strategic growth and client acquisition in these emerging technology domains. • Solid domain expertise in capital markets, with direct experience selling into buy-side, sell-side, or post-trade environments. • Excellent understanding of SWIFT, blockchain, DLT, and other technologies driving innovation in financial services. • Proven track record of building and closing complex, high-value deals—ideally in financial services, blockchain, or insurance. • Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders. • Fluent communication in English and influencing skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and leading enterprise sales cycles. • Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to lead growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment. • Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results. • Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels, with the ability to represent the company.
