📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for Field Engineers performing new installations • Provide courteous, consistent, mistake-free installation support through chat/messaging, phone, and email • Apply customer-specific Installation Success Guides and Checklists • Troubleshoot installations and facilitate installation milestones • Ensure security services are installed, programmed, tested, and onboarded according to scope of work • Document deliverables, work products, daily activities, support, and interactions • Manage multiple installations at different completion stages • Meet goals, objectives, and key performance indicators • Collaborate with Field Operations, Project Management, Account Administration, and Customer Success teams • Gather information and provide timely status updates • Determine root causes of issues, incidents, and complaints • Communicate procedural or programmatic errors to the Sr. Manager, Security Installation Success • Maintain communication with the Sr. Manager and report improvement opportunities, risks, challenges, and complaints • Acquire new skills and strengthen competencies through ongoing professional development • Carry out additional assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience as a Field Technician or Help Desk Agent responsible for installation and/or technical support to Field Technicians • Expertise installing, troubleshooting, and programming Access Control systems, Business Intelligence Solutions, CCTV/VMS (IP and analog), Intrusion and Fire Alarm Systems, and Two-Way Audio solutions • Hands-on knowledge of low-voltage installations and support, including wiring, serial polling loops, inputs, and outputs • Ability to work autonomously with urgency, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, communicate clearly, and maintain professional standards • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to interact professionally with employees, subcontractors, service providers, and customers • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Efficient and accurate typing skills of at least 20 wpm; ideally 30+ wpm • Availability Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-7:30 PM CST • Ability to work a scheduled nine-hour shift, including a one-hour lunch, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time • Salaried, exempt position requiring work beyond 40 hours when necessary • Flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
