📋 Description

• Be a key member of the delivery team in integration and separation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline. • Drive numerous workstreams on projects, taking ownership of each phase of the process (discovery, design, plan, execution) leading interactions with clients in respective workstreams, and manage cross-functional teams involved in the integration and separation projects. • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during projects and ensure that effective communication and stakeholder management is maintained throughout the projects. • Conduct pre-deal diligence assessments to identify key synergy opportunities and develop integration plans, including day one readiness assessment • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management. • Manage all aspects of project administration, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and communication • Manage and train junior team members to upskill them and build their experience

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in managing integration and separation projects, preferably in a consulting or advisory role. • Strong knowledge of M&A processes, integration and separation methodologies and best practices. • Excellent project management and organisational skills. • Demonstrates consistent desire to expand the thinking and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain. relationships with clients and stakeholders. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • Flexibility to travel as required.
