📋 Description

• Owning and leading project deliverables for effective research project management • Independently conducting research activities, building client relationships for business generation • Leading and coaching a team • Acting as a valued internal resource within Lumanity • Overseeing development of key project deliverables and routine tasks • Maintaining significant client contact • Leading development of client presentations • Taking responsibility for running projects within budget • Coaching others in the design of research materials and presentations • Producing client ready versions of research materials and presentations • Identifying business opportunities to build close/personal client relationships with 4-6 clients • Conducting new business development activities, initiating meetings and writing marketing reports • Providing support and development to colleagues through appraisals, feedback and on the job coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification preferable • 6-8 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation • 5 years’ experience in research-based project support role • 2-3 years healthcare sector experience is preferable • All round technical ability and broad knowledge of research methods and approaches • Proven results in project management, people management and coaching skills • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
