• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of mid-level operational enhancements (e.g., new lead routing rules, territory assignments). • Proactively analyze key revenue metrics (pipeline conversion, sales velocity) to identify bottlenecks and present data-backed recommendations to leadership. • Ensure structural data hygiene measures are implemented to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records at scale. • Manage requirements and resources to improve CRM automation (e.g., Salesforce improvements and integrations with third-party tools). • Lead cross-functional projects related to process changes or system rollouts, including gathering requirements and managing timelines.
