📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the infrastructure, operational platform, and cloud services • Design, improve, and evolve the operational systems • Help establish technical standards, improve operational maturity, strengthen security posture • Monitor platform health, availability, and performance • Develop standards, documentation, and operational runbooks • Design and evolve Azure-based infrastructure to improve scalability and operational efficiency • Partner with Engineering leadership to maintain SOC 2 Type 2 operational controls • Act as the technical escalation point for complex operational issues • Evaluate and introduce technologies, tooling, and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or IT Operations • Strong experience designing and administering Azure cloud environments, including networking, identity, monitoring, and security services. • Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and operational tooling • Strong understanding of Windows environments, networking fundamentals, identity management, and security best practices • Experience supporting compliance-focused environments such as SOC 2 • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
