📋 Description

• Set the vision and quality bar across Tidal's product and brand ecosystem • Originate brand platforms and campaign-level ideas from concept through 360 activation • Reposition and reshape the brand while maintaining coherence across brand and product surfaces • Maintain creative ideas through final placement • Shape briefs with the embedded creative-strategy team • Design and direct designers, writers, and production partners as needed • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships leadership to deliver campaigns • Lead project teams and set the creative standard as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of work led as a creative director, including brand platforms, repositionings, campaigns, and activations • Art direction background and visual judgment to lead ideas in any medium • Track record setting creative vision and quality standards for a brand while staying hands-on • Credibility with cross-functional leadership as a peer • History of identifying cultural shifts early and incorporating them into work • Experience carrying brand thinking across multiple products or business lines • Experience working in agencies, in-house, or both • Submit a portfolio link; include the password if the portfolio is password-protected
