📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to deliver Workday Financials Revenue projects • Creatively solve complex problems for clients across many industries • Serve as the primary face of the Revenue workstream for clients • Run discovery sessions for Workday PSA Financial projects • Lead workstreams, including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components • Estimate effort and scope for the workstream • Direct project consultants under the guidance of an architect • Facilitate client requirement meetings • Mentor lower-level employees • Assist supervisors and leadership • Contribute to internal business, process improvement, and team-growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Workday Financials experience and/or 2.5–5 years of relevant experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, or similar areas • Prior consulting experience preferred, or transferable skills with relevant industry experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel • Workday skills across Banking, Customers, Revenue Management, Projects, and/or PSA • Ability to run discovery sessions for a Workday PSA Financial project • Deep knowledge of the relevant workstream and ability to estimate effort and scope • Ability to manage client requirement meetings independently • Ability to lead a workstream, including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components • Ability to direct consultants under the guidance of an architect • Ability to mentor lower-level employees
