• Industry or agency experience in web development • Experience in tender/RFP management / bid management or related roles (Account Management, Business Development, Sales/Marketing, Project Management, etc.) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you remain calm and precise even with concurrent deadlines • Excellent German and good English, both written and spoken • Technical background (e.g., Web/IT, software, platforms, basic understanding of architecture) • Experience with HubSpot • High affinity for tools and enthusiasm for early-adopter topics (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Make.com, RFP software, automations)
