• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in chemical, resin, or manufacturing industries • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain resin and gel coat products • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing a territory • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned region
