📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of assigned IT workstreams for acquisitions, integrations, divestments and separations • Support the handover from technology due diligence into Day 1, integration or separation planning • Apply due diligence, Day 1 and standard workstream checklists across infrastructure, applications, security and compliance, data, service management, contracts and suppliers, and organisation and people • Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, decision records and status reporting • Follow up with workstream owners and escalate material risks, delays, costs or scope issues • Prepare steering updates, analysis and decision papers for governance forums • Coordinate technology inputs to Transition Services Agreement schedules and track obligations and exit plans • Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to PMO and M&A playbooks • Manage routine supplier activity and lower-value renewals within agreed parameters • Coordinate supplier reviews, actions and service improvement activity • Prepare Statements of Work, renewal information and commercial comparisons • Maintain contract, spend, obligation, notice-period and supplier-risk records • Support supplier onboarding, due diligence and risk assessment • Coordinate purchase order and approval workflows and support procurement-policy compliance • Maintain cost allocation, chargeback and spend-tracking information, including variance analysis • Act as operational contact between Procurement, Finance and Technology teams • Maintain the Global IT portfolio tracker and produce dashboards and management information • Track transaction synergies, separation costs, savings and benefits • Promote PMO templates and reporting disciplines • Build relationships with project leads, subject matter experts and knowledge holders • Coordinate matrix teams and temporary or contract resources • Contribute recommendations to resource planning, governance improvements and prioritisation discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running IT programmes or projects, ideally including M&A due diligence, integration or separation work • Working knowledge of vendor, contract and Statement of Work administration • Understanding of procurement governance, purchase order processes and cost/chargeback models • Comfortable working with enterprise application portfolios such as Salesforce and Global Business Systems • Experience with project/portfolio tracking tools such as Asana and building reporting or dashboards • Strong organisational and programme management skills, able to run multiple workstreams concurrently • Stakeholder management skills across IT, Finance, Legal and Procurement • Commercial awareness and attention to detail in contract and cost administration • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive corporate transaction information • Self-starting and comfortable operating with ambiguity, escalating judiciously • Legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom or able to meet applicable sponsorship requirements
