📋 Description

• Support education customers moving from desktop software to cloud-based solutions • Prepare and validate customer payroll and HR data for migration • Carry out payroll parallel runs, reconciliations, and validation activities • Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful migration outcomes • Deliver training and support to customers and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with payroll, HR, support, and project teams • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey • Help education customers successfully transition to modern cloud-based platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within Education Payroll • Knowledge of pensions, HR legislation, and Auto Enrolment • Strong Excel skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Proactive and organised approach to managing customer projects • Experience working in a customer-focused or consultancy environment • Exposure to IRIS Payroll software would be advantageous • CIPP qualification or equivalent would be desirable • Legal authorisation to work in the country where the role is based may be required
