📋 Description

• Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers • Understand customers’ payroll processes and requirements and translate them into the appropriate software setup • Configure SaaS products, workflows and customer-specific requirements • Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing • Work with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation where required • Guide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-live • Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers • Support customers during go-live and transition into ongoing support • Manage multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes • Keep customers informed about progress, timelines, risks and issues • Travel to customer sites when required

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on payroll experience and a good understanding of payroll processes — essential • Experience in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding or technical consulting • Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and implement solutions • Experience with payroll software or systems • Understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations • Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration or data transformation • Confidence managing several customers, projects or priorities • Ability to explain software and technical information in simple terms • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be useful • Legal authorisation to work in the country where the role is based, or ability to obtain required authorisation
