📋 Description

• Support international customers through implementation and setup of iSAMS software • Understand customer requirements and configure the system appropriately • Develop skills in system configuration, data migration and data validation • Work with customer data to identify issues and ensure accuracy during implementation • Deliver online and, where required, onsite training • Explain system functionality clearly to customers with different technical knowledge levels • Build positive customer relationships throughout implementation • Collaborate with Professional Services and other customer-facing teams • Maintain implementation records and communicate progress, risks and issues • Build iSAMS knowledge and take ownership of increasingly complex technical and consultancy activities • Contribute customer feedback and ideas to improve processes, training and service

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally fluent in Spanish or Portuguese • Experience in a customer-facing role within software, technology or a similar environment • Confidence learning and navigating software systems • Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly • Interest in developing technical and client training skills • Good problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with systems or data • Ability to organise workload and manage multiple priorities • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies • Experience with software implementation, training, SQL, data migration, MIS systems or the education sector would be beneficial
