📋 Description
• Desarrollar, optimizar y mantener sistemas backend en Java. • Colaborar con el equipo para la entrega de funcionalidades a tiempo. • Documentar el proceso de desarrollo y los sistemas existentes. • Depurar y probar código para asegurar la calidad del producto.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia real y continuada en desarrollo Java para backend de sistemas en producción. • Autonomía para analizar, diseñar, desarrollar, optimizar, depurar, probar, documentar y entregar evolutivos funcionales dentro de una arquitectura existente. • Conocimiento de Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Core, Hibernate, Hikari, Confluent Kafka y JSON/Jackson. • Experiencia con MongoDB (mongoTemplate) y Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), incluyendo soltura en consultas para depuración y análisis. • Capacidad para trabajar con Apache Freemarker (FTL). • Experiencia en código no funcional (thread pools, gestión de hilos, bloqueos, reflexión, etc.). • Trabajo organizado y método propio: gestión de tareas, priorización diaria y seguimiento de pendientes. • Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para resolver bloqueos buscando ayuda cuando sea necesario. • Experiencia en entornos Scrum y uso de herramientas como Jira, Confluence, SharePoint. • Control de versiones con Git, GitFlow y GitHub.
