📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the service and maintenance side of the business • Prospect and identify potential clients within food processing, cold storage, manufacturing, and related industries • Prepare and present service proposals, maintenance agreements, and value-added solutions • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve revenue targets • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders • Serve as the main point of contact for service customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention • Conduct regular account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies • Provide management with insights on emerging markets, technologies, and industry developments • Work closely with service managers, technicians, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution • Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecast accuracy • Ensure all CRM systems and records are updated with client information and sales progress • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual business development goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required) • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical services • Proven ability to develop accounts and exceed sales targets • Strong technical understanding of ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems or the ability to learn quickly • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems • Willingness to travel
