📋 Description

• Strategically and operationally manage key accounts from hospitals, health insurance providers, medical care centers (MVZs), and pharmaceutical companies • Advise clients on future-focused topics such as AI-enabled sales processes and data-driven decision-making • Use advanced AI tools for market and competitive analysis, as well as forecasting customer needs (predictive sales) • Develop tailored proposals and contracts based on automated data analyses • Independently conduct annual and contract negotiations with senior management • Work closely with agile coaches, UI/UX designers, and software architects to develop tailored, legally compliant proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, health economics, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification • 4–5 years of professional experience in key account management or sales within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector, with a demonstrable track record of sales success at established industry companies • Established network among decision-makers in the German healthcare sector, as well as experience working with complex stakeholder structures • Strong interest in digitalization • Ideally, initial experience with AI-enabled CRM systems or predictive analytics tools—or willingness to undergo intensive training • Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities, combined with a confident presence • Very good written and spoken German and English
