📋 Description

• Build and maintain a sustainable network of clients and IT professionals • Act as the strategic interface between companies and highly qualified specialists and executives • Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from gathering requirements through to placement • Identify, approach, and attract suitable candidates in the IT sector • Advise companies on filling their vacancies with the right candidates

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of demonstrable success in IT recruitment and staffing (permanent and contract) • Deep market knowledge and strong advisory skills at decision-maker level • Strong network among decision-makers and hiring stakeholders, with a proven ability to monetize relationships quickly • Hunter and closer mentality combined with highly developed negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a clear focus on results
