📋 Description

• Drive sales in the public sector • Develop and expand relationships with federal, state and local government authorities, as well as public-law enterprises and institutions at all levels of government • Build a sustainable sales pipeline, including by representing IT Sonix at trade fairs and industry events • Advise decision-makers in public administration on artificial intelligence, agile transformation and GDPR-compliant process optimisation • Identify, qualify and lead complex public tenders under the German Procurement Regulation (VgV) and the German Sub-Threshold Procurement Regulation (UVgO), taking EVB-IT contracts into account • Work closely with agile coaches, UI/UX designers and software developers to develop tailored, legally compliant proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics, public administration, business administration or a comparable qualification with a strong affinity for IT • Several years of demonstrable sales success with larger government authorities, municipalities or municipal utilities • Strong understanding of modern software architectures, AI use cases, and data security and GDPR requirements in the public-sector context • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and the ability to communicate and promote this culture convincingly • Sound knowledge of public procurement law • Diplomatic skills, excellent communication abilities and perseverance in lengthy decision-making processes • Excellent written and spoken German
