📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operation of clinical trials across veterinary clinics • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the trial lifecycle • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and CRO partners • Develop project plans, timelines and risk management strategies • Recruit and onboard veterinary clinics into clinical studies • Support and deliver GCP and protocol-specific training • Drive study enrolment and engagement activities to maximise participation • Provide expert guidance on protocol implementation and study delivery • Monitor study progress and troubleshoot operational challenges • Manage and support a team of regional Clinical Trial Coordinators • Ensure trial activities comply with GCP and all relevant regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Veterinary, Life Sciences or a related discipline • Minimum 3 years' clinical trials experience • Proven project management and delivery experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong digital literacy • Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly • Experience within the veterinary or animal health sector (desirable) • 5+ years' experience in pivotal Phase III clinical trials (desirable) • Experience working within a sponsor organisation or CRO (desirable) • Clinical qualification (desirable) • Postgraduate qualification (MSc, PhD or Project Management certification) (desirable) • Previous line management experience (desirable)
