📋 Description

• Turn complex business questions into structured analytical solutions and actionable recommendations across the analytical lifecycle • Prepare and validate data, generate insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders • Develop robust reporting and visualisations to support business understanding and decision-making • Analyse customer, commercial, and marketing performance data to identify growth opportunities • Support optimisation initiatives through experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis • Build automated and reproducible analytical workflows • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business • Help measure and optimise digital marketing and customer acquisition effectiveness across the group

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business problems using data • Advanced SQL skills, including writing, debugging, and validating complex queries across multiple datasets • Experience using R and/or Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting • Strong statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, modelling, and sampling techniques • Experience working with customer, marketing, product, or commercial performance data • Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, cohort analysis, and customer value metrics • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Experience influencing senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations • Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control tools • Desirable: Power BI dashboard development and maintenance • Desirable: Experimental design and incrementality testing • Desirable: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and Tag Manager • Desirable: Ahrefs • Desirable: CRM platforms such as Emarsys • Desirable: Databricks, BigQuery, or similar analytics platforms • Desirable: CLTV, payback, churn, or retention modelling • Desirable: CRM, ecommerce, subscription, or repeat-purchase customer analytics • Desirable: Workflow automation and AI-assisted analysis • Desirable: Machine Learning implementation • Desirable: Experience across multiple brands, markets, or business units • Desirable: Veterinary or pet industry experience
