📋 Description

• Lead Health & Safety activities within the region and support local H&S Representatives and forums • Provide Health & Safety support, specialist advice, coaching, and guidance to colleagues and operational leaders • Drive implementation of H&S policies, frameworks, objectives, and outcomes across the region • Support Health & Safety management systems and safe, efficient workplace operations • Undertake targeted H&S audits and support audit compliance and statutory inspections • Support regional incident investigations and provide direction to Area Managers, Directors, and clinics • Evaluate incident data to minimize accidents and effectively manage regional risks • Ensure appropriate risk assessments, procedures, and training are implemented • Liaise with safety representatives and regional teams across the allocated geographic area • Support H&S team briefings, awareness activities, and other training • Coordinate regional activity outcomes with central H&S functions for consistent national delivery

🎯 Requirements

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent • Proven experience in a multi-site, customer-facing or clinical environment • Solid understanding of UK H&S legislation and its practical application • Skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clinical teams and operational leaders • Full driving licence and ability to travel extensively across the region
