📋 Description

• Providing new introductory information and answering customer questions. • Calling, emailing and messaging new and existing customers. • Resolving customer issues in a timely manner. • Directing customers to the most appropriate course for purchase. • Maintaining superior product knowledge. • Cross selling products. • Making recommendations on new processes and product offerings. • Meeting conversion rate goals and targets. • Assisting in the development of pre and post sales processes. • Manage international contractual staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or experience in an equivalent industry • At least 5 years experience in customer service sales • Strong verbal communication and writing skills • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to critically think • Ability to work within a team • Ability and desire to work in an early stage start-up environment • Ability to work with a smart young team to motivate, drive, educate, organize, and outperform • Ability to enjoy the wins, while also the ability to take on the challenges and problem solve one-step at a time
