📋 Description

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions • Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media • Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates • Connect commercial truck drivers with driving opportunities across the nation • Manage an independent recruiting schedule and business operations • Earn commission for each successful driver placement

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry is required • CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management experience is a major plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality • Comfortable using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems • Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage a remote work structure independently • Ability to source and screen commercial truck drivers with CDL Class A • 1099 Independent Contractor status
